Packaging Adolescent Health Services in Resource-Limited Settings

Identifying adolescent health services that can be integrated with HPV vaccination to maximize health benefits
Investigators:

The objective of this study is to develop an analytic framework for identifying a package of adolescent health services that could be integrated with HPV vaccination in order to maximize health benefits, taking into consideration both financial and human resource constraints. Specific aims are to identify high priority diseases in adolescent girls in a select LMIC that is initiating HPV vaccination and establish a candidate list of cost-effective health care interventions; develop simulation models to capture the health and economic impacts of the candidate interventions; and develop an integer programming model that optimizes a package of adolescent health services in terms of maximizing health gains, subject to multiple constraints.
